HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY GEAR?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not ship COD or accept payment by check or money order. Please note: we must be able to verify the address. Details.

PayPal

PayPal is accepted on orders under $10,000. Due to system limitations, we are unable to offer PayPal on items that are out of stock, and we are unable to facilitate exchanges for items purchased using PayPal. To exchange an item purchased using PayPal, simply return the original item to us, and we will issue your refund. You may then purchase the replacement item via a new order. 

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is an easy and secure way to pay online in Safari. To pay using Apple Pay, tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as your payment method during checkout.

Affirm

Affirm financing is available on select items to customers who are 18 or older (19 if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska), a resident of the U.S. (including U.S. territories), have a Social Security number, and own a phone number that receives SMS and is registered to the United States or U.S. territories. Loans are subject to approval by Affirm. Due to system limitations, items or orders that have been on backorder for 60 days with Affirm as the payment method will be cancelled.

When will I be charged for my order?

We only charge your card once items have shipped. That means you won't be charged until the product is on its way to you. You won't pay for items on backorder until they ship. Note: An authorization hold may show up on card statements prior to an order being shipped. Please contact your card issuer for more information.

Try Before You Buy Terms and Conditions

If you are approved to participate in the Try Before You Buy Program (“Program”) for Eligible Products, these Try Before You Buy Program terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) will apply:

Products. The products eligible for the Program are set forth under “Eligible Products” listed below, which may be subject to change at our sole discretion, and also sets forth any additional terms specific to them.

Program Terms. The Eligible Products shall only be available to try for up to thirty (30) days after the your order ships (“Program Period”). Payment for all Eligible Products will be due after the end of the Program Period, unless you return them within the Program Period according to the Return requirements below. Only orders shipped to the United States are eligible for the Program. Payment must be made with payment cards issued by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Before the order ships, a small authorization between $0.00 and $1.00 will be placed on the payment card to confirm the card is valid and active. This authorization will not turn into a charge. We will not charge you interest on your purchases, though reserve the right to charge late fees as described below. By proceeding with an order, you agree to maintain sufficient funds on the payment card provided so that payment can be billed to that card thirty (30) days after your order ships. If the card expires or is replaced, you agree to notify Customer Service at 800-595-0491 and supply an alternative card with the necessary funds available. If a charge cannot be made on your payment card for any scheduled payment, we may charge a late payment fee of up to $10 per installment. You agree that we may contact you regarding unpaid installments at any e-mail address, by phone call or text message to any phone number, or by mail to any address provided by you or listed in publicly available records. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you may use the Program only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We make no guarantees about the availability of any Eligible Products.

Returns. All standard return policies at https://store.shure.com/info/returns apply. The Program Period runs contemporaneously with the 30-day period for returns. Eligible Products purchased through the Program may be returned within 30 days after they are delivered. We may charge you for the full retail value for any Eligible Products that are not returned upon expiration of the Program Period.
